Aluminum Ceiling and Wall Cladding Profiles
Linear aluminum ceiling and wall cladding profiles for commercial interiors and building facades.
Product Overview
Walk through any modern airport, shopping mall, or corporate headquarters in Southeast Asia, and you'll notice the ceilings and walls are often clad in aluminum. Not because aluminum is the cheapest option — it isn't — but because it offers a combination of properties that no other material can match: it's lightweight, fire-resistant, easy to clean, dimensionally stable, and available in virtually any color and texture.
Aluminum ceiling and wall cladding systems have replaced traditional gypsum board and painted concrete in many commercial applications. The reason is maintenance: a painted gypsum ceiling in a busy airport or shopping mall needs repainting every 3–5 years, and the disruption and cost of that maintenance is significant. An aluminum ceiling, properly installed, requires no maintenance for 20+ years — just occasional cleaning.
Our aluminum ceiling profiles are designed for linear panel systems: long, narrow panels that run in parallel lines across the ceiling, creating a clean, directional appearance. The panels clip onto a concealed aluminum grid, allowing individual panels to be removed for maintenance access without disturbing the surrounding panels. This is particularly valuable in commercial buildings where mechanical and electrical services run above the ceiling and require periodic access.
The profiles are available in standard widths of 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm, with open or closed joints between panels. Open joints (typically 5–10mm) allow air circulation and sound absorption, making them suitable for spaces where acoustic performance is important. Closed joints create a more continuous, monolithic appearance, suitable for high-end retail and hospitality applications.
Surface treatment options include powder coating in any RAL color, PVDF fluorocarbon coating for exterior applications, and anodized finishes for a metallic appearance. Wood-grain PVDF coating is popular for hospitality applications where the warmth of wood is desired but the durability of aluminum is required.

System Interfaces, Fabrication and Delivery Controls
Architectural profiles must be bought as an interacting system. Frame, sash, glazing bead, gaskets, hardware, drainage and finish need to be checked together rather than ordered as isolated section shapes.
