There's a moment every homeowner in Southeast Asia knows: the afternoon rainstorm arrives suddenly, the wind picks up, and you realize the window you left open is now letting in both rain and a small river across the floor. A well-designed casement window — properly sealed, properly drained, properly latched — should handle that storm without a drop of water getting through. That's the standard our casement window profiles are designed to meet.
The casement window is the most common window type in Southeast Asian residential construction, and for good reason. It opens fully for maximum ventilation — important in hot, humid climates where natural airflow is the primary cooling strategy. It seals tightly when closed, keeping out rain, insects, and noise. And it's mechanically simple: a hinge, a handle, and a latch. Less to go wrong, less to maintain.
Our casement window profile system includes all the components a fabricator needs: outer frame, sash frame, transom, glazing bead, drainage insert, and weatherstrip groove. The profiles are designed as a coordinated system — the sash fits the frame with the correct overlap and compression, the glazing bead holds the glass at the right depth, and the drainage channels route water to the weep holes without pooling.
We offer the system in 50mm, 60mm, and 70mm frame depth series. The 50mm series is suitable for residential applications with standard glass sizes. The 60mm series is specified for larger openings or where a more substantial visual appearance is desired. The 70mm thermal break series is for energy-efficient buildings where the frame U-value needs to meet green building requirements.
The profiles are manufactured from 6063-T5, which anodizes to a bright, uniform finish. We supply in anodized silver, anodized bronze, anodized black, and powder coat in any RAL color. For projects where the window color needs to match the building facade, we can match custom RAL colors with a minimum order quantity of 500kg per color.
Fabrication is straightforward: cut the profiles to length with a double-head miter saw, assemble corners with aluminum corner keys and structural sealant, install hardware, and glaze.
