Aluminum Window Sill, Skirting, and Trim Profiles
Precision aluminum sill, skirting, and trim profiles for clean, durable architectural finishing.
Product Overview
The finishing details of a building are what separate a well-crafted space from a merely functional one. Window sills that are level and cleanly sealed. Skirting boards that meet the floor without gaps. Tile edge trims that protect vulnerable corners and create clean transitions between materials. These details are small individually, but collectively they define the quality of a space.
Aluminum has become the preferred material for architectural trim in Southeast Asia, displacing timber and PVC in most commercial applications. Timber warps and cracks in the humid tropical climate; PVC yellows and becomes brittle under UV exposure. Aluminum maintains its shape, its color, and its finish for decades — and it can be anodized or powder coated to match any design specification.
Our window sill profiles are designed with a slight forward slope (typically 5–8°) to drain water away from the building facade, and a drip edge at the front face to prevent water from running back under the sill and into the wall. The underside of the sill has a groove for sealant application, ensuring a weathertight joint between the sill and the window frame.
Skirting profiles are available in heights from 50mm to 150mm, with a variety of face profiles: flat, stepped, and curved. The profiles have a concealed fixing channel at the back that accepts standard wall plugs and screws, allowing the skirting to be fixed without visible fasteners. The front face is clean and uninterrupted, creating a professional appearance.
Tile edge trim profiles protect the vulnerable exposed edges of ceramic and porcelain tiles at floor-to-wall transitions, stair nosings, and countertop edges. Our tile trim profiles are available in L-shape, T-shape, and round-nose configurations, in heights that match standard tile thicknesses (8mm, 10mm, 12mm). The profiles are installed before tiling, with the tile butting up against the trim to create a clean, grout-free edge.

System Interfaces, Fabrication and Delivery Controls
Architectural profiles must be bought as an interacting system. Frame, sash, glazing bead, gaskets, hardware, drainage and finish need to be checked together rather than ordered as isolated section shapes.
