Custom Industrial Aluminum Extrusion Profiles
OEM custom aluminum extrusion profiles from your DXF/DWG drawings. Mold ready in 10–15 days.
Product Overview
Every product that's ever been manufactured started as a drawing. And behind every great product is a manufacturer who could look at that drawing, understand what the designer was trying to achieve, and produce it accurately — the first time.
That's what custom aluminum extrusion is about. Your product has a specific cross-section because it needs to fit a specific space, carry a specific load, or interface with a specific component. A standard profile won't do. You need something made exactly to your specification.
The process starts with your drawing. Send us a DXF, DWG, STEP, or even a clear PDF sketch. Our engineering team will review it for extrudability — checking wall thickness ratios, void areas, and die complexity — and come back to you within 24 hours with feedback. If there are design changes that would reduce die cost or improve profile quality, we'll suggest them. If your design is ready to go, we'll quote the die cost and unit price directly.
Die lead time is 10–15 working days from drawing approval. We manufacture dies in-house, which means we control the quality and the timeline. After the die is complete, we produce a first article sample and send you a dimensional inspection report with measurements against your drawing. Only after you approve the sample do we proceed to mass production.
We work with 6063, 6061, and 6082 alloys as standard. For aerospace or high-strength applications, we can also work with 7075, though this alloy is more challenging to extrude and requires careful process control. Our press capacity ranges from 800 to 3,600 tons, allowing us to extrude profiles from small precision parts to large structural sections up to 450mm wide.
Confidentiality is important to us. We sign NDAs for all custom projects, and we don't share customer drawings or profile designs with third parties. Your intellectual property stays yours.

Compatibility, Assembly and Order Controls
For modular framing, a nominal outer size is not enough to establish compatibility. Confirm the supplied section drawing, slot geometry, core-hole arrangement, connector family and cut/machining references before a mixed-series order is released.
Information for an Accurate Inquiry
