A handrail is one of those building elements that people only notice when it's wrong. When it's right — the right height, the right grip diameter, the right finish — it disappears into the background and does its job quietly. When it's wrong — too thin, too rough, poorly finished, or visually out of place — it becomes a constant irritation for everyone who uses the building.
Aluminum handrail profiles have become the dominant choice for modern commercial and residential construction in Southeast Asia, displacing stainless steel in many applications. The reasons are practical: aluminum is lighter (easier to install, lower structural loading), easier to cut and fabricate (no specialized welding equipment needed), and available in a wider range of surface finishes (anodized silver, bronze, black, or any powder coat color).
Our handrail profiles are available in oval, round, and rectangular cross-sections. The oval section (typically 40×20mm or 50×25mm) is the most ergonomic for grip — the hand wraps naturally around the narrower dimension while the wider dimension provides structural stiffness. The round section (38mm or 50mm diameter) is preferred for industrial applications where a standard grip diameter is specified. The rectangular section is used for modern architectural designs where a flat-top rail is preferred for aesthetic reasons.
For balustrade systems, we supply the top rail, intermediate rails, and post profiles as a coordinated system. The post profiles have pre-drilled base plate holes for floor mounting, and the rail profiles have pre-cut mitering guides for corner joints. This system approach reduces fabrication time and ensures a consistent appearance across the entire installation.
In industrial settings — factory walkways, mezzanine platforms, equipment access stairs — the handrail specification is governed by safety standards. We manufacture profiles that comply with EN 13374 (European standard for temporary edge protection) and the equivalent Vietnamese and Indonesian standards, ensuring your installation meets regulatory requirements.

Compatibility, Assembly and Order Controls
For modular framing, a nominal outer size is not enough to establish compatibility. Confirm the supplied section drawing, slot geometry, core-hole arrangement, connector family and cut/machining references before a mixed-series order is released.
