Product Overview
LED strip lights have transformed architectural lighting, but anyone who has installed them without a proper channel knows the problems: the adhesive backing fails after a few months, the strips sag, the light output is uneven, and there's no way to diffuse the harsh point sources of the individual LEDs. An aluminum LED channel solves all of these problems at once.
The channel holds the LED strip securely, provides a heat-dissipating base that extends LED lifespan, and accepts a diffuser cover that transforms the point-source appearance into a smooth, even line of light. For architects and interior designers in Southeast Asia, LED channels have become an essential component of high-end lighting design — used in cove lighting, under-cabinet lighting, stair edge lighting, and facade illumination.
We manufacture LED channels in three primary configurations: surface-mount (for installation on flat surfaces), recessed (for installation in routed grooves in wood, gypsum, or concrete), and corner (for 45° or 90° corner installations). Each type is available in multiple widths to accommodate different LED strip widths — from 8mm narrow strips to 20mm wide high-power strips.
The extrusion quality of our LED channels is critical to the final lighting result. The channel base must be flat to within 0.2mm over its length to ensure the LED strip makes full contact for heat transfer. The diffuser groove must be precisely dimensioned to hold the diffuser cover securely without gaps. We achieve this through tight extrusion die tolerances and 100% dimensional inspection of the channel geometry.
For large architectural projects, we supply LED channels in custom lengths up to 3,000mm, eliminating the need for mid-run joints that create visible discontinuities in the light output. We also offer anodized black finish for channels that will be partially visible, providing a premium appearance that complements modern interior design.

Compatibility, Assembly and Order Controls
For modular framing, a nominal outer size is not enough to establish compatibility. Confirm the supplied section drawing, slot geometry, core-hole arrangement, connector family and cut/machining references before a mixed-series order is released.
