Product Overview
Round aluminum tubes are one of the most versatile profiles in our catalog. Their circular cross-section provides equal bending resistance in all directions — a property that makes them ideal for columns, handrails, tent poles, and any application where the load direction is variable or unknown. Unlike rectangular sections, a round tube doesn't have a "weak axis" — it performs the same regardless of orientation.
We manufacture round tubes from 10mm OD to 200mm OD, with wall thicknesses from 1.0mm to 10mm. The full range of 6063-T5 alloy is standard; 6061-T6 is available for applications requiring higher strength. For very large diameters (above 150mm OD), we can also produce tubes by extrusion over a mandrel, achieving tight dimensional tolerances on both the OD and ID.
In Southeast Asia, aluminum round tubes are used extensively in the construction of temporary structures: exhibition stands, event canopies, scaffolding for facade maintenance, and temporary walkways. The combination of light weight, corrosion resistance, and ease of connection (using standard aluminum tube connectors) makes aluminum the preferred material over steel for these applications.
For architectural applications — handrail posts, pergola columns, canopy supports — the anodized finish of our round tubes provides a clean, modern appearance that requires no painting or maintenance. The anodized oxide layer is integral to the aluminum surface, so it won't chip, peel, or fade over time, even in the harsh UV environment of tropical Southeast Asia.
We offer precision cut-to-length service for round tubes, with length tolerance of ±0.5mm and squareness of cut ends within 0.1°. For customers who need tubes with drilled or tapped ends, we can perform these secondary operations in-house, reducing your fabrication workload.

Compatibility, Assembly and Order Controls
For modular framing, a nominal outer size is not enough to establish compatibility. Confirm the supplied section drawing, slot geometry, core-hole arrangement, connector family and cut/machining references before a mixed-series order is released.
