Product Overview
Square and rectangular aluminum tubes are the building blocks of modern aluminum furniture and light structural applications. Their flat faces make them easy to join with standard fasteners, their hollow cross-section provides excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, and their clean appearance suits both industrial and architectural settings.
In Southeast Asia, aluminum square tubes have largely replaced steel in the fabrication of commercial furniture — display shelving, retail fixtures, office partitions, and outdoor furniture. The reasons are straightforward: aluminum doesn't rust, doesn't need painting, and is significantly lighter than steel. A retail display unit built from aluminum square tubes can be reconfigured and relocated by one person; the equivalent steel unit requires two people and a trolley.
We manufacture square tubes from 15×15mm to 100×100mm, and rectangular tubes from 20×10mm to 150×100mm, in wall thicknesses from 1.0mm to 4.0mm. The 6063-T5 alloy provides good extrudability and surface quality, with adequate strength for most furniture and light structural applications. For heavier structural use, 6061-T6 is available.
One application that's growing rapidly in Southeast Asia is the use of aluminum square tubes for outdoor furniture and hospitality installations. Hotels, restaurants, and resorts are increasingly specifying aluminum furniture for outdoor areas because it withstands the combination of UV radiation, humidity, and salt air that destroys steel and wood furniture within a few years. Powder-coated aluminum square tube furniture, properly designed and assembled, can last 15–20 years in outdoor tropical environments with minimal maintenance.

Compatibility, Assembly and Order Controls
For modular framing, a nominal outer size is not enough to establish compatibility. Confirm the supplied section drawing, slot geometry, core-hole arrangement, connector family and cut/machining references before a mixed-series order is released.
