Product Overview
Color is often the deciding factor in a window or facade project. The architect has specified RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey for the window frames. The developer wants the curtain wall to match the building's corporate color. The homeowner wants something other than standard silver. Powder coating makes all of this possible — any RAL color, any texture, on any aluminum profile.
Our powder coating line uses electrostatic spray guns to apply the powder to the aluminum surface, followed by curing in a convection oven at 185–200°C. The result is a continuous polymer film, 60–80μm thick, with excellent adhesion and uniform coverage. We apply powder coating over a chromate conversion coating pre-treatment, which provides chemical bonding between the aluminum and the powder coat film — critical for long-term adhesion and corrosion resistance.
We stock a range of standard colors for immediate availability: RAL 9010 Pure White, RAL 9005 Jet Black, RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, RAL 8017 Chocolate Brown, and several standard bronze and champagne shades. For custom RAL colors, we can match any color from the RAL Classic, RAL Design, or RAL Effect systems, with a minimum order quantity of 500kg per color.
Texture options include smooth gloss, smooth matte, fine texture (slightly rough surface that hides minor scratches), and coarse texture (for industrial applications where grip is important). Wood-grain finishes are available using a sublimation transfer process, providing a realistic wood appearance on aluminum profiles — popular for window frames in residential projects where a natural wood look is desired.
Quality control includes cross-cut adhesion testing (ISO 2409), film thickness measurement (100% of profiles), and gloss measurement. We can provide a test report with each batch confirming compliance with GB/T 5237.4 and Qualicoat Class 1 requirements.
